This Refund and Withdrawal Policy outlines your rights to withdraw from our paid services and request refunds, where applicable, in accordance with Hungarian and EU consumer protection laws. 1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
1.1 If you are a consumer (i.e., an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from any paid service or subscription purchased on preme.agency within 14 days of your purchase, without providing a reason, as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Hungarian law.
1.2 The withdrawal period begins:
- For subscriptions: The day you enter into the agreement (e.g., the date of subscription confirmation).
- For one-time purchases: The day you receive access to the service.
1.3 Exception: If you have expressly consented to the immediate provision of digital services (e.g., access to premium features) and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, this right no longer applies after performance begins.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
2.1 To withdraw, notify us within the 14-day period by:
- Emailing contact@preme.agency with your name, purchase details, and a clear statement of withdrawal; or

2.2 We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request and process it promptly.
3. Refunds Following Withdrawal
3.1 If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days and the exception in Section 1.3 does not apply, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
3.2 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
3.3 If you used the service during the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportional amount from the refund based on the value of the service provided up to the point of withdrawal.
4. Refund Policy for Other Cases
4.1 Non-Consumer Purchases: If you are a business or professional user, the right of withdrawal does not apply, and refunds are at Preme Agency’s discretion unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.
4.2 Faulty or Non-Delivered Services: If a paid service is defective or not provided as advertised (e.g., premium features are inaccessible due to our error), you may request a refund regardless of consumer status. Contact us within 30 days of the issue arising, and we will investigate and process a refund if warranted.
4.3 Subscription Cancellations: For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless required by law or Section 4.2 applies. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 To request a refund under Section 4, email contact@preme.agency with:
- Your name and contact details.
- Details of the purchase (e.g., order number, date).
- Reason for the refund request.
5.2 We will respond within 7 business days to confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 14 days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Withdrawal Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with the “Last Updated” date revised.
